It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caroline Billingslea (Westminster, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Spinicchia and Sarina Spinicchia (Alberti); and her brother Anthony Spinicchia. She is survived by: her husband James H. Billingslea, Sr.; her children, Deborah Linard (Gregory) and James H. Billingslea, Jr. (Tamara); her grandchildren, Kristin Young (Daniel), Melissa Linard, James H. Billingslea, III (Dana) and Jenna Billingslea; her great grandchildren, Abigail Young, Lauren Young and Chloe Keyser; and her brothers, Alfred Spinicchia and Joseph Spinicchia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
