Douglas of Westminster, Maryland, born in Fairfax, Missouri, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie I. Douglas and Agnes Marie Bowers Douglas; his wife Roberta Ann Douglas; his sister Barbara Douglas Tessendorf; his granddaughter Nicole Latham; and his great grandchild Lila Grace Ferrell.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Wallis (Stephen) of Towson, Michele Douglas Howell (Laura) of Ellicott City, Jill Heeter (Thomas) of Hampstead, Karen Latham (David) of Baltimore, Darren Douglas (John Panella, Jr.) of South Yarmouth, MA and Scott Douglas (Stacey Cramp) of South Portland, ME; his grandchildren, Andrew Wallis (Shawnah), Dr. Rachel Smith (Matthew), Hilary Ferrell (Paul), Nathan Wallis and Zachary Heeter; and his great grandchildren, Devan Wallis, Charlotte Ferrell, Noah Wallis, Kennedy Wallis and Cora Ferrell.
