She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. McGraw and Helen Eyler McGraw; her husband Carl L. Tawney, Sr.; her son Darin L. Tawney; her daughter-in-law Michelle Tawney; her siblings, Viola McDonald, Edna Utz Clabaugh, William and James McGraw; and her brothers-in-law, Michael Whitcomb and Jack Shaffer.
She is survived by: her mother-in-law Ruth M. Tawney; her children, Yolanda K. Tawney (Barbara L. Tawney) of Abington and Carl L. "Sonny" Tawney, Jr. (Kristin) of Westminster; her sisters, Marie Whitcomb of Hanover, PA and Arlene Shaffer of Westminster; and her sister-in-law Beverly McGraw of Westminster. She is also survived by two granddaughters, two great-grandsons.
