She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franklin and Ruth Marvine Krom (Strevig); her husband Paul Neal Gist; and her siblings, Roy Krom, Bob Krom and Jane Davis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene T. Bowers (Widge) of Fairfield, PA. and Paula L. Charms of Hanover, PA; her granddaughter Stacey Truman of Westminster; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Liam Truman; her siblings, Paul Krom (Suzi) of McSherrystown, PA. and Barbara Dell of Manchester; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Krom of New Oxford, PA and Sue Krom of South Carolina.
