He was predeceased by: his stepfather Nelson Clarke Sr.; his brothers, Jonathan Jarboe and Nathaniel Jarboe; and his stepbrother Jordan Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Jarboe and Brenda Baker Clarke; his sons, Andrew Madison Jarboe, Jr. and Jeremiah Michael Jarboe; his stepmother Becky Jarboe; and his stepsiblings, Dawn Ader, Francisca Clarke, Nelson Clarke Jr. and Gandalf Clarke.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Westminster First Church of God (27 N Center St, Westminster, MD 21157).
