It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Sharpless of Westernport, Maryland, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Sharpless and Almedia Sharpless; his wife Glendora; his siblings, Lawrence Sharpless, Rosie Tasker, Esta Brown, Edna Nogle and Mccrobie; his stepson James "Jimmy" Henderson; and his son Joseph Sharpless.
