Frances (Frannie) Shaw Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances (Frannie) Shaw of Westernport, Maryland, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Regina Haywood Rigsby and Wallace D. Rigsby; her son David H. Shaw, Jr.; and her grandmother Teresa Haywood. She is survived by: her husband David Shaw, Sr.; her children, Stacey Weimer (Rick), Frostburg and Shannon Green (Vince); her grandchildren, Taylor Preston (Ben), Torey Weimer, Jordyn, Jenna and Vincent Green; her great grandchildren, Ace and Palmer Preston; her sister Robin Everline (Joey); her siblings-in-law, John Shaw (Martha), Julie Determan (Bill) and Elizabeth Cheswick; and her close friend Vickie Marsh Bierman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
