He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph R. DeVaughn and Margaret M. DeVaughn; and his daughter-in-law Rebecca Devaughn. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Lucille DeVaughn; his sons, Ralph Clayton (Jennifer) and William Douglas; his grandchildren, Olivia Lisle (Matt) and Levi DeVaughn; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Riley Lisle.
