Harvell; his brothers, William Parham (Margaret) and Larry Harvell (Gloria) of Carson; his uncles, Walter Embry (Ella) of Carson, VA and Jerry Butler (Tammy) of Triangle, VA; his mother-in-law Louise Jones of Dumfries; his sisters-in-law, Tammy Markham of Manassas, Pam Ferrell (David) of Manassas and Additionally; and his goddaughters, Ashley Ivey of Raleigh, Ashley Spencer of Perry Hall, Godsister and Tracey Ridley Gray of Dinwiddie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a squad of devoted friends.
