He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Windsor and Magdalene Windsor; his wife Hattie Windsor; his siblings, Hugh Windsor and Theresa Hopson; and his granddaughter Danielle Leigh Windsor.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Timothy Windsor, Jr. (Darlene) of Upper Marlboro, MD, Joseph Arnold Windsor (Beverly) of Upper Marlboro, Daniel Edward Windsor of Upper Marlboro and Veronica Lee Thompson (Kirk) of Upper Marlboro, MD; his grandchildren, Mary Anne Windsor, Joseph Arnold Windsor Jr., Melissa Aminett Thompson, Jennifer Theresa Devaughn, John Paul Windsor and Melanie Ronny-Ann Cochran; his great grandchildren, Steven James Thompson, Parker Lee Bates and Levi Joseph Devaughn; and his siblings, William W. Windsor, Lena A. Pettit, Dorothy Smoyer, Alfreda Hayes Moseley, Cathy DeMarr and Betty Ann Lindsay. He is also survived by his wife, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
