She is survived by: her former husband Emory Tolson, Jr.; her spouse Thomas Townsend; her children, Todd Tolson of Silver Spring, MD, Tracey Tolson of New York, NY and Sabrina Kuhn (Toussel) of Dallas, TX; her grandsons, Jamel Tolson and Isaiah Townsend; her brother Harold Oliver of Ossining, NY.; her uncle Thomas Vinson of Mebane, NC; and her niece Sheryl Oliver of Fayetteville, GA.
