He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Taylor and Helen Taylor of Muirkirk, Maryland.; and his siblings, Robert Taylor and Eleanor Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Dorough; his children, Joseph E. Taylor Jr. (Martha Taylor) and Karen L. Kemp; his grandchildren, Amberly Slack, Stephanie Seabold, Shane Kogok, Hillary Corbett and Nicholas Kemp; and his great grandchildren, Adalynn Fugitt, Ashton Seabold, Peyton Slack, Lennon Corbett, Shane Kogok and Dawson Corbett. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
