She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Leroy Kauffman and Jane Marie Kauffman (Brice); and her brother Leroy Kauffman. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Kauffman (Marlaina) of Keymar, MD and Rhonda Smith of Cascade, MD; her brother Harvey "Doc" Kauffman of Thurmont, MD; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Devan Kauffman, Sierra Shriner and Joshua Melton.
