He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Daniel Bollinger, Carrie Bollinger (Scott Thomson) and Josh Bollinger (Jeanine); his grandchildren, Vanessa of Valarie, T. J., Jeremiah, Ellia and Nicole; and his siblings, Larry Bollinger, Nancy Coulter (Garry), Vicky O'Donoghue, Shirley Johnson and Pam Delauter. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
