We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2022, at the age of 86, Joseph L Miller (Sykesville, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Frances Miller; his parents, Joseph J. Miller and Linda P. Miller (Morgan); and his sisters, Barbara and Dorothy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
