He is survived by: his former wife Maria Biddy; his siblings, Judy Smith, Carole King and Bill Albert; his children, Darnell Anthony Izlar and Duane Dante Izlar; and his grandsons, Dominick and Dante Izlar.
He had been battling Multiple Sclerosis in recent years and contracted the corona virus several months ago.
