He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kashuba and Clara Kashuba (Matusiak). He is survived by: his wife Kateri Elizabeth Kashuba (Carroll) of Stevensville; his sons, Christopher and Brendan; and his siblings, Joseph Kashuba of Clark's Summit, PA. and Barbara Bliss of Venice, FL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and their children.
