It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leoma Bowser Stahl (Stevensville, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 12, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Stahl; and her grandson Daniel Stahl. She is survived by: her parents, Chester Leland Bowser and Della Sylvia Lingan; her son Barry Lee Stahl (Kimberly); her granddaughter Amanda Stahl; and her children, Rocky Point Drive and Tampa.
