She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ewell and Mildred Bennett Rayne. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edwin Coulbourne of Snow Hill; her children, Vicki Harrison (Daren), Germany, Kelly Pruitt (Pat) of Snow Hill and Charles Rayne Coulbourne of Snow Hill; her grandson Bryan C Hall (Paola); her great grandchildren, Adrianna of Colorado Springs, CO, Daniel of Colorado Springs, CO, Jordan of Colorado Springs, CO, Ashley Newby (Derrick), Brandon of Fort Worth, TX, Ari of Fort Worth, TX, Michael Brewington (Kirby), Skylar, Tyler Brewington (Alexis) and Macy of Snow Hill; and her sister Beth Rayne Zimmer of Abingdon, MD.
