We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2018, at the age of 68, Norma Simpson (Snow Hill, Maryland), born in Milford, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent William Harris; and her sister Patricia Bradford. She is survived by: her parent Norma Foskey Harris; her stepparents, Howard Mitchell and Gladys Mitchell; her children, Barbara Lewis, Michael Pedraza of Delmar, DE, Jacob, Joseph of Houston, Edward Simpson (Tammy) of Snow Hill, Amanda, Gabe and Emma; and also Teresa Pedraza.
