It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Shelton of Snow Hill, Maryland, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph William Bishop and Hester Mary Bishop (Beckett); her husband Roy Shelton; her former husband George Curry; her brothers, Ben Bishop Sr. and Joseph Bishop; and her nephew Bernard Ayres.

She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Bishop (LeVance Wamley); her grandson Zion Wamley of Snow Hill, MD; her brother Randolph William Bishop Jr. of Flushing; her niece Ivy Bishop of Snow Hill, MD; and her nephew Ben Bishop Jr. of Texas. She is also survived by cousins, other extended relatives, and friends.
