She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Taylor Sr and Della Grace Taylor; her husband Robert Lee Tilghman; her siblings, Edna Lang of Newtown, PA, Joseph Taylor Jr of Salisbury, MD, Mahlon Taylor of Salisbury, MD and Bill Taylor Sr. of Salisbury, MD; and her nephew Robert Ringel of Newtown, PA..
She is survived by: her pet Josie; her daughters, Susan Baker Berlin, MD (Frank Sr.) and Cynthia Tilghman-Ladd; her grandson Frank Baker, Jr. Berlin, MD (Sonia); her great grandchild Lee Baker (US Marine Corps); her granddaughter Janna Hagey; her nieces, Janet Fox (Alan), Patty Taylor and Salisbury, MD; her nephew Bill Taylor, Jr. Palm Springs (Bruce); and her great-nieces, Tracy, Tori, Trisha of Newtown, PA and Her.
As a strong believer in organ donations, she requested that her body be donated to the Maryland State Anatomy Board for research purposes.
