He is survived by: his children, Maggie Dale (Riley) of Snow Hill, MD, David Lee Baines (Yvonne) of Girdletree, MD, Edna Copes (Jerry) of Salisbury, MD, Joyce Poulson of Snow Hill, MD, Sandra Maddox (Raymond) of Snow Hill, MD and Kenneth Baine (Sandra) of Snow Hill, MD; his grandson Sherron Baine; and his siblings, Robert Baine of Snow Hill, MD, Andrew Baine of Washington, DC and Leola Williams of Washington, DC. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; 31 great-great grandchildren.
