He was predeceased by: his sister Doris Oswald. He is survived by: his parents, Manuel Lay and Kizzie Kathren Lay (King); his wife Sally Lay; his children, Barry K. Lay (Karen) of Glenville, WV, Bradford M. Lay (Barbara) of Buckeye, WV and Barbara Copley (Fred) of Cincinnati, OH.; his grandchildren, Corrie Gogg, Alexandria Sears, Amanda Lopata, Christopher Copley, Sabrina Ingram and Ryan Copley; and his half-siblings, Ronald Lay and Caroline Ryder.
