He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace M. Robertson (Hill) and Curtis R. Myers; his brothers, Robert J. Myers and Richard M. Myers; and his son-in-law John Scott Shank II.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred L. Myers (Mickey); his children, Terry L. Myers (Cindy), Sharon W. Shank Roberson (Danny), DeAnna J. Doyle and Susan E. Wolfe (Steve); his grandchildren, Scott Shank (Kristin), Nina Wolfe, Jackie Kaetzel (Andy), Carrie Aaron (Patrick), Natalie Minnichbach (Jeff), Brent Myers (Melissa), Jamie Smith (Andy), Tommy Shank (Annalee), Michael Wolfe, Tessa Kirk (Reiley) and Mia Mertz (Sean); his stepgrandchildren, Adam Roberson (Robin) and Donavon Roberson (Anjie); and his sister Colleen E. Sumner. He is also survived by 6 step great grandchildren.
