He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll S. Pryor and Lillian I. Pryor (Miller); his sister Vicki Sue Pryor; his granddaughter Alyssa Pryor; his brother Jim Pryor; and his daughter Sue Ellen Foltz.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen Pryor; and his sons, Doc (Gwen), Troy (Geri) and Doug. He is also survived by 8 grandkids, 7 great-grandkids, 1 brother, and 4 sisters.
