He is survived by: his parent Mildred Moore; his wife Cherie Moore; his daughter Cindy Lane (Tom); his stepsons, Glenn Frederick and Jon-Thomas Frederick; his sister Paula Bergdall; his grandchildren, Dennis and Tommy; and his nephew Peter Glanville.
