He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Calvin W. Smith Sr and Landon Lewis; his uncles, Bill Smith and Tony Lewis; his cousin Josh Lewis; and his aunt Judy Huntzberry.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Smith and Teresa Smith of Smithsburg, MD.; his sister Kara Acre (Joe); his nephew Ryker of Falling Waters, WV; his grandmothers, JoAnn Lewis of Hagerstown and Anna Smith of Smithsburg, Two; his uncles, Daryl Lewis (Lindsay) and Mike Lewis (Dawn); and his cousins, Chase, Layden, Shelby and Sheldon.
