She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sandner and Dorothy Rowe Leisegg. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Phoebus (Vicki) of Upper Marlboro and Dave Phoebus (Tracey) of Severn; and her grandchildren, Jessica Phoebus Foard, Sean Phoebus, Erika Phoebus, Garrett Phoebus and Shane Emerson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
