It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Howard Frank of Severn, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Frank, Jr. and Carolyn D. Frank. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Frank; his daughter Emily Frank; his stepchildren, Alyssa Shields (Matthew), Daniel Gronewold (Shannon) and Michael Gronewold (Casey); his granddaughter Kyleigh Frank; and his brother Wesley Frank (Karen).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County.

“To Donald's family: I remember little Donald, tagging along with his brother Wes and me and other neighborhood kids - Steve Zaetz, Bill Ries, Larry Phelps - in Glen Burnie. I remember him as a kind, gentle man, who loved his brother (in fact, he called Wesley "brother") and his family and friends. Life seems a bit unfair, to work your whole life, retire, only to get a dire diagnosis, To his surviving family and friends - he is now with the Lord in Heaven, where he is waiting to greet us all.”
