She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Andrew J. Dowling; her parents, Fred W. Bland and Glenoka Bland; her children, Andrew J. Dowling II (Casey McKenzie) and Amber J. Beaudin (Jeff); her siblings, Kimberly Ice and Michael Bland (Kelly); her grandson Barrett Beaudin; and also Ethin Bland.
A reception was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory (1411 Annapolis Rd, Odenton, MD 21113).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donation's in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
