He was predeceased by: his parents, Levin Elwood Simpkins and Etta Mae Simpkins. He is survived by: his wife Marie Parsons Simpkins; his children, Bill Simpkins (Lori Wagner) of Clymer, NY and Dawn Olds (Ernie Olds) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Jennifer Simpkins, Jonathan Simpkins, Jacqui Green, Logan Olds and Hannah Olds; and his great grandchildren, Evie Simpkins and Holden McTear. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
