He was predeceased by: his father Warren Edwin Owens, Jr.; his grandparents, Warren Edwin Owens, Sr., Augusta Mae Sterling Owens, Jack Mitchell Tyler, Sr. and Addie Lee Powell Tyler; and his aunt Sharon Rose Tyler.
He is survived by: his mother Madlyn Faye Tyler Owens of Crisfield; his siblings, Melba Harrison of Salisbury, Carolyn Ragan (Herbie) of Salisbury, Sarah Ward (Joseph) of Crisfield, Faye Tyler of Salisbury, Earl Owens of Crisfield and Marjorie Wroten (Bill) of Crisfield; and his nieces and nephews, Stanford Reuben "Joey" Harrison, IV of Salisbury, Kelly Elisabeth Ragan of Salisbury, Kayla Elyse Ragan of Salisbury, Ashley Nicole Wroten of Salisbury, William "Will" Wroten, IV of Crisfield and Winter Joey Ward of Crisfield. He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews, and multiple great-great nieces and nephews.
