He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor W. Rayne and Constance P. Rayne; his wife Beverly Rayne; and his brother Steven Rayne. He is survived by: his sons, Victor J. Rayne (Crickett) and Kevin J. Rayne; his grandson Michael V. Rayne; his brother Barry Rayne (Wanda); and his nephews, Scott and Tony Rayne.
