He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon and Irene Chester Sr.; his grandparents, Hansel, Mary Meekins, Peter Chester and Annie Chester Travers; his brothers, Leon Jr., Raymond and Benjamin (Johnny Chester); his aunt Maude Banks; and his uncle Garfield Meekins.
He is survived by: his children, Gretha "Faye" Sutten (Thomas) of New Jersey, Lisa Bolden Cambridge, Debra Bolden, Odetta Bolden Federalsburg Md, Milton Bolden Federalsburg (Denise) and Calvin Bolden Trappe (Vanessa); his siblings, Anne Askins (Leon) of Cambridge, JoAnn E McCready (Darren Sr.) of Cambridge, Jackie Chester Cambridge, Leroy Chester Golden Hill (Loistine) and Joseph D. Chester Hurlock (Deanna); and his granddaughter Khantrice Bolden Hill Salisbury (Michael). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
