He is survived by: his children, Arlene Polk of Virginia Beach, VA, Mabeline Polk of Salisbury, MD, Roger Polk, Jr. (Kecia) of Salisbury, MD, Monica Polk of Salisbury, MD and Tracey Ballard (William) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Zulekha Jones, Michael Stanford, Jr., Donte Jones, Isaih Stanford, Sr., Sharod Jones, Erica Polk, Ashia Johnson, Ariel Polk, Rogela Williams, Anyae Ballard and Keshaun Ballard; and his sister Iva Brooken. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family and friends.
