He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Whitelock and Anna Whitelock (Walters); and his sisters, Suzanne Willey and Joyce Kelly. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Arvey of Fruitland, MD, Charles M. Whitelock of Salisbury, MD, William "Stoney" Whitelock of Dames Quarter, MD, Barbara Todd of Federalsburg, MD and Bruce Whitelock of Salisbury; and his half-brother C. W. Whitelock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
