He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harold Bounds and Joie Rulien Bounds; his wife Fredricka "Rickie" Willey Bounds; and his siblings, Jack Bounds and Joie Filkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine E Malchow of Salisbury and Deborah J Figgs (William, Jr.) of Snow Hill; his grandchildren, Danielle Malchow of Salisbury, Taylor Thomas of Snow Hill, Alexia Figgs of Snow Hill and Christian Malchow of Salisbury; his brother Timothy Bounds; and his sister-in-law Rose Neff (Edward) of Fruitland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
While everyone is encouraged to wear a mask, services will be live streamed for your convenience.
