She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas H. Pusey and Lena Pusey of Salisbury; her husband William Vernon Ross; and her siblings, Thomas H. Pusey, Jr., Daniel H. Pusey and Hannah P. Elzey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara J. Workman [Chris] and Theresa L. Kinhart [George]; her grandchildren, Laura A. Kennedy, Ronald D. Moore and Richard W. Mills; her great grandchildren, Lauren Mills, Mila Johe MacPhee and Katherine Anne Russo; her nephew James Pusey; her nieces, Pat Peterman and Paulette Pusey; and also, Cynthia and Andy Russo.
In December, 2020, at the age of 98, she contracted COVID 19, but even then, was able to recover without being hospitalized.
