She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert Griffin and Arrella Lee Hall Griffin. She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Johns; her siblings, Catherine King (Joshua), Valarie Thomas (James) and Kennard Griffin; her sisters-in-law, Thelma Griffin and Barbara Griffin; her goddaughter Shirell Edmond (Donald); her grandchildren, Jasmin Hudgins, Tyquince Baker and Tyqest Baker; and her great grandchild Zahme Jones. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
