She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Harrison Bailey and Gertrude Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Ann Noriega, Debra Sue Hundley and Robert Thomas Spencer Jr.; and her brothers, Robert Bailey, George Bailey, Richard Bailey, Thomas Harrison Bailey Jr. and David Bailey. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
