She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Frances Arbogast Davis and Adam Vance Davis; and her husband Charles "Charlie" Edward Garland. She is survived by: her children, Dolly Mae Garland Oliva (Chuck Pemberton), Charles A. Garland (Jacqueline Smith) and Kent Garland (Lynn) of Virginia Beach; her grandchildren, Monica Merrill (Josh), Breanne Birkett (Chris), Cindy Noyola (Luis), Alexis Carroll (William) and Kenton Garland; and her sisters, Sarah Van Hoy (Richard), Mary Black and Frances Mitchell (Dick). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Tud to The Good Shepherd Cat Sanctuary, 32600 Landing Lane, Delmar, MD 21875 or your favorite animal charity.
