She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McNeil and Doretha Gaddy McNeil; and her son Keshawn J. McNeil. She is survived by: her children, Shirelle McNeil, Natasha Carter, Jade Redding (Rondell) and Andrew J. Carter; and her sister Delores Northan (Glenn). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
