He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Manning Raley and Mary; his wife Marian; his children, Joe Raley III (Stacy), Steve (Karen), Sheila (Maury Fields), Jennifer (BJ Corbin) and Melanie (Billy Burke); his grandchildren, Joe Raley IV (Valerie), Kelsey (Israel), Lance (Angie), Michelle, Austin, Daniel, Anson, Billy and Boquet; and his great grandchildren, AJ, Lily, Zach, Derek and Madison. He was also cherished by seven sisters and two younger brothers.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests making a donation in Joe's honor to Young Life, the Christian Shelter or Coastal Hospice.
