He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Parker of Philadelphia and Nettie Mae Hill of Salisbury; his grandparents, Elsie Steele and Claudis McCann; his daughter Brenda Parker; and his brother Robert Hill Charles Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte E. Parker of Salisbury; his child Beverly McIntyre Ruth HoulihanPatrick (John); his stepdaughter Maryann Bradley; his siblings, Faye Banks, Diane Johnson (Bobby), Virginia Taylor (Russell), Anna Bonilla (Carolos), Edna Yerkes (George), Helena Turco (Dave) and Irving Parker Jr. A; and his aunt Ruth Steele. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren 12 great grandchildren.
