We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2021, at the age of 88, Jacqueline Anne Howard of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Laurel, Delaware passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacqueline Anne Howard to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred O'Neal and Mildred O'Neal; her husband Charles "Charlie" W. Howard, Jr.; her siblings, Fred O'Neal and Grace Adams; and her son-in-law Thomas Kurtz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda H. Kurtz of Westminster, MD, Patricia Howard Long of Salisbury and Sandra Lee Howard Travis of Laurel, DE; her grandsons, John Dillon Travis and Jordan William Howard-Travis; her great grandchild Benjamin; and her brother Byard O'Neal (Darlene). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
