He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilyjon Medlock and Richard Barnes Kennan; and his brother Dr. Richard Barnes Kennan, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Judith King Stephens; his children, Kimberlee Dawn Cavallaro of Atco, Dr. Kelly Susan Kennan and Christopher Andrew Mac Kennan of Flagstaff, Arizona.; and his grandchildren, Giancarlo Anthony Cavallaro, Gianina Marie Cavallaro, Griffin Barnes Kennan, Josephine Marianna Kennan, Charlotte Adaire Houlihan and Gillian Judith Houlihan.
