He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford T. Cottman, Sr. and Myrtle Nelson Cottman; and his sister Charlene Mills. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Cottman; his daughter April King (Tellis); his siblings, Paul Cottman (Nikita), George Cottman (Sharon), Claudia Price (Tyrone) and Alice Cottman; and his grandchildren, Meagan Rich (Alexander) and Andrew Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
