He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph Horner, Sr. and Wanda Horner; his grandson Steven Horner, Jr.; and his brother Robert "Butch" Horner. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Horner (Denise), Richard Horner, Kevin Horner (Michele) and Eric Horner. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
