He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Camper Jr. and Myrtle Elizabeth Price-Camper. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Camper; his children, Kesha Camper Cook (William), Russell L. Camper Jr. (Ryanne) and Aaron Camper; his grandchildren, Briana Cook, Kayla Cook of William, Bronte Hall, Jaelen Camper and Makayla Camper; his great grandchild Quadir Whitney; and his siblings, Priscilla "Janet" Lancaster (Richard), Wanda Camper, William Camper III (Marcell), Darnell Camper (Angie), Demetrius Taylor (Aysha), Jeff White and Lamont Davis. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
